Chumba Casino now has its own Prepaid Mastercard® which is a new way to purchase Gold Coin packages and access redeem any Sweepstakes prizes. Chumba Casino has partnered with EML to allow you to fund your Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® from a personal funding source and buy Gold Coin packages as you desire. Fees may apply. You will be able to purchase Gold Coin packages and redeem Sweepstakes prizes from your Chumba Casino account after the enrollment process is complete. Your physical card will be sent by mail to the address provided during enrollment 7-10 days after the initial sign-up process is completed.

Once you receive your physical card 7-10 days upon enrollment, you will need to unlock it in order to make purchases. In order to unlock your card you will follow the below steps:

  1. Visit my.chumbacard.com
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click on the "Unlock Card" button
  4. Type in the six digit security code found on the back of your card

PIN: The PIN associated to your new chip-enabled Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® will be revealed during the process of unlocking your card. Please memorize the PIN, you may be prompted to use this PIN to make a purchase, or utilize at an ATM, etc.

The Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® can be used anywhere debit Mastercard is accepted. Mastercard® is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated.

Yes, all cards are usable at the ATM. ATM operator may charge a separate fee. Fees may apply. See Cardholder Agreement for more details.

Funds loaded on the Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® will never expire. The card plastic will expire just like any standard debit or credit card.

You can move funds off of your card and into your bank account by visiting https://my.chumbacard.com. Fees may apply. See Cardholder Agreement for more details.

In the event your Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® plastic expires, please contact the number on the back of your Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® for a replacement. You can view the details on the back of your Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® or in your Cardholder Agreement.

You can get the current balance for your card at https://my.chumbacard.com or by viewing the card details within your Chumba Casino account.

Purchases with the Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® may be declined if the authorization amount exceeds the available balance. If a transaction is declined, you can easily check the available balance at https://my.chumbacard.com. If you are purchasing online, a website must take more than one form of payment if the purchase exceeds the balance on the card. For transactions made over the phone or online, you will need to ensure that you are entering the billing address that matches your Chumba Casino account.

If your card is stolen please contact 1-833-623-0148 immediately to lock the funds and to replace the lost card.

If you forget your PIN, you can reveal your PIN by logging into https://my.chumbacard.com.

No, at this time we provide one Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® per individual.

Funds transferred to a personal bank account via standard transfer will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Funds transferred to a personal debit account via express transfer will take up to 15 minutes, further details around transfer timelines can be found on https://my.chumbacard.com at the time of transfer. No, you will not receive paper statements in the mail. If you would like a hard copy of your statements, please print your transaction history from https://my.chumbacard.com.
